Delivering Actionable Information

And as part of my de-escalation training and years of working with couples, I've helped people who struggle with the challenges of anger management and issues of reactivity. This work has been done both one-on-one in counseling settings and as the facilitator of smaller anger management (couples communication) workshops.

This experience helped me see how to deliver needed information and skills, in a manner that clients would best absorb it. My recent book on managing anger, Taming the Volcano: Reducing Rage, Drama, and Emotional Escalation, is one such resource born from these years working with groups.

Like Taming the Volcano, all the resources and presentations I create offer actionable information along with strategies for utilizing the content.

Your anger program is helping me change my reactions and I feel better about myself!
